These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlideBlaster (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SlideBlaster lets you upload photos, organize them into projects, and turn them into slideshows with text overlays. You can connect a TikTok account and schedule slideshows to be published to TikTok automatically at a time you choose, using TikTok's Content Posting API.
You can sign up with a Google account or with an email address and password. If you register with email and password, you must verify your email before you can log in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload or create in SlideBlaster ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it, and — only when you choose to connect a TikTok account and schedule or publish a post — to transmit it to TikTok on your behalf. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload it and to have it posted to TikTok.
Connecting a TikTok account authorizes SlideBlaster, via TikTok's own OAuth process, to publish slideshows to that account according to schedules you set. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access. Content you post through SlideBlaster is still subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and TikTok — not SlideBlaster — decides whether to accept, reject, or remove any post. SlideBlaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
When you schedule a post, SlideBlaster will attempt to publish it to TikTok automatically at the time you choose, without further confirmation from you. You are responsible for reviewing a slideshow's content before scheduling it. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will succeed — publishing can fail due to TikTok API errors, an expired or revoked TikTok connection, or other factors outside our control.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideBlaster and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including failed or delayed scheduled posts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@slideblaster.app.
